The house is run and maintained by myself, so should you have a problem I can attend to it normally within 4 hours.
All the bedrooms have an en-suite with a power shower.
The house was completely renovated summer of 2017.
There is a generous shared living/kitchen area with dedicated storage per person, a washing machine and tumble dryer, an ironing board, and an iron.
A cleaner visits weekly and cleans the shared areas.
Each bedroom has a locked door.
Each bedroom has a bed, desk, wardrobe, chair, curtains drawers, pillows, duvet, and linen.
There is plenty of car parking and a lovely garden/patio area to enjoy.
The house is only 5 mins walk from the uni and the local supermarkets and shops. It is ideal for all the University of Warwick students.

The bills included are gas, water, electricity, TV license, and broadband (wifi). Bills do not include home contents insurance.
I can do a viewing between 12.30 and 1.30 pm, in the evenings after 5.30 pm and at the weekends.

If you would like a room but cannot view it in person you can pay a £200 retaining fee, if you decide not to take the room I will return £100. If you do take the room the £200 will be deducted from your first month's rent.
