Great motorway access for both the M40 and M42 and also the A46. Only 15 minutes to Warwick and Solihull and 20 to Leamington and Birmingham airport.

Previous tenants have worked for JLR, Aston Martin and Mercedes, HS2, all of which are nearby.

Lovely quiet country location, with 2 national trust properties nearby and one of the best pubs in the area within a minutes walk away....The Orange Tree.

I am looking for a clean and tidy, non smoking professional person, who is reliable and friendly.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and all bills are included.
