Situated in Chadwick End, a peaceful rural area but close to Knowle, Dorridge, Solihull, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Balsall Common. We are on a bus route and there are railway stations at Dorridge and Warwick. There are three great eating pubs close by.

The flat is over a large double garage with separate access. It offers an independent and private space with some access to our gardens and adjacent fields. We have two friendly dogs and a cat. There is off street parking.

We are looking for a professional, considerate tenant seeking a rural setting who would prefer their own self-contained space rather than a shared arrangement.
