Rent for 7 days a week at £370 per month payable in advance. If anybody is interested in Mon-Fri lets it will be £340 per month. 1 month advance + monthly from arrival date. 6 month minimum contract.

Short-term lets considered at £110 a week.

Single room is furnished with a single bed, bedside table and large wardrobe, and a desk and chair the room has a view over Lakeview Park.

There is shared use of the bathroom and kitchen. Furniture is all very smart.
Weekly rental includes all bills: water, council tax, gas, electricity, TV license and broadband internet (providing download limit is not exceeded).
Looking for an easy-going, friendly, non-smoking and tidy person, I would like a professional, but would consider PHD/MA/MSc students.
I am a live-in landlord and I have a friendly, chilled out dog, cat and ducks!
