I have a single room available in a beautifully furnished end of terrace house that has two double rooms & one single room in quiet residential area with lots of street parking and close to Warwick University.

It is available from 1st June, for short-term lets only. The single room has a single bed with a clothes hanging system and a set Of large drawers.
Currently the house has 1 female & 1 male professional and I am looking for male or female professionals or postgrad to share with them. I can do viewings online for anybody who is not in Coventry currently.
Shared facilities downstairs - through lounge/dining room with sofa, chairs, dining table & wall units and Virgin TV & super fast wireless broadband (included in rent).
Large galley kitchen (lovely space for cooking) with range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer.
First floor modern bathroom with electric shower, bath, hand basin & toilet.
Well maintained garden at rear (lovely if we ever get a summer for an evening beer) with a separate shed and two patios. Large front garden with hedge for privacy.
