We're both pretty chilled: either at work or wfh, on walks or up north 🏞 We value a tidy home (keeping ontop of the dishes, taking the bins out etc), keeping conscious of others and showing respect for one another 🫰🏽 We are fairly sociable, but also like to do our own thing too. The communal kitchen benefits from; an integrated oven and hob, fridge-freezer and ample cupboard space. There is also a large washing machine and a large tumble dryer so washing can be completed at no additional charge. 🧺

The property has a full serviced and certified combi-boiler for efficient hot water and central heating system. There is also a regularly maintained wired-in smoke alarm system throughout the property. 🔥

The live-in Landlady can arrange for a monthly clean of communal areas as well as regular garden maintenance to ensure the property is well kept at an extra cost if you do not want to contribute towards the upkeep 🌿
