The current tenant describes himself as clean and tidy, friendly, honest and easygoing, enjoying tennis, gaming and board games but leading a pretty quiet life. Finding the right person is essential. We are looking for someone with a similar temperament - amiable, trustworthy and flexible who will respect the new fixtures and fittings and clean up after themselves.
