Single room for rent

We are a married couple and have a lovely house in a quiet street in the South West of the city only 1 mile from the city centre, with a lovely garden and one cat. We are theatre professionals (self-employed) working with youth and in education as well as production work. The house has two bathrooms and we would share the kitchen and dining room with you, as well as there being availability of another living room space for guests or socializing. The house is council tax band D. The room is single only but with an additional sofabed. The rent quoted is negotiable and covers council tax but not utilities.

Please note: Mon-Fri only (long term) but we can do some short term/temporary arrangements for full weeks (7 days).
