3-bed, 1-bath house with a shared living space. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, and dishwasher. I also have a sunny, south-facing garden that's perfect for relaxing, and you're welcome to make use of it. Street parking available. You'll be sharing the space with a live-in landlord and one other lodger, I also have a friendly cat and a tortoise, so animal lovers are especially welcome!

🛏️THE ROOM
The room comes fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a double bed with a mattress, bedside table, a wardrobe and a desk with chair(optional)—perfect for working or studying. The window is also fitted with automatic/electric blinds for added convenience and curtains.

I'm looking for someone who values consideration and respect for shared spaces. Cleanliness and tidiness are really important to me, so I'm seeking a roommate who shares these qualities.
