Comfortable room in lovely neighbourhood

We are an older married couple, self-employed, working partially from home. We have one friendly cat and no other occupants. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets so you would have almost exclusive use of one shower room, but it's not ensuite. There's an extra room for entertaining friends if you needed. We're 1 mile from the centre on a good bus route, on the west side of the city so good access to Birmingham and south. Kind neighbours (neighbourhood watch) and fairly quiet road. We're tidy but fairly laid back and the kitchen/dining room is quite spacious. It's a quiet house and we hope you'd feel welcome. The price is negotiable for the right person!
