Cozy room, own garden, lovely pubs nearby!

Hi guys!

So I’m an international student at Warwick Uni, but I’ll move to Birmingham soon—so why don’t you want to use my room when I’m off? IMPORTANT: You need (!) to be a Warwick University student as this property is university managed.

I pay 79 GBP/week (bills excluded).

The room is clearly amazing: Second floor with an own staircase, biggest room in the house. You can be quite automnous up here, and the sun is shining through the window every morning till noon. (As long as british weather shows it nice side.)

The room is fully furnitured which means a desk, chair, 1, 40m-bed, chest of drawers, a set of shelves. Carpet on the ground, and the room looks like an own small house due to the sloping roof. So, very cozy after all.

The housemates are from Spain, Italy and Germany—very nice people, if you want to do something with them, they’ll be glad, if not they’ll let you do your stuff. They’re all studying at Warwick University. :)

Very nice about this place are the various pubs in our street, the bus stop just 50 metres away and the brilliant indian take away shop on to opponent side of the street.

I’m afraid I’m not sure when exactly I move out as I still have to find a room in Birmingham … but it should be fast. At least I hope so. ^^
