The house I have advertised on Spareroom really is a lovely home and somewhere I hope that you can also call home if you choose to take a bedroom.

The property is in lovely condition, has full central heating, and is located in one of the nicest areas of Coventry. The house is on a residential road which is quiet and there are lovely friendly neighbours.

There are plenty of Shops close by and the number 10 bus stop to the City Centre is 50 metres away and the number 12 bus route into Warwick University is only a short walk away. The house has 1 bathroom, kitchen which is fully equipped and a lovely living room.

The three other girls living at the property are all Post Graduates Students at Warwick and Coventry University and are all really friendly and bubbly. They will be leaving in July 2023.
