Hi, I'm a live in landlord and I have a south facing double bedroom fully furnished, inc desk and chair, in a clean and tidy house with ALL Bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV & broadband).

It's AVAILABLE from early SEPT but possibly sooner, happy to chat.

It would suit a Professional or Post Graduate student (Masters or PHD) who is looking for a chilled out house to live in.

Since the first lockdown in March 2020 I have successfully worked from home and I continue to do so.

There is shared living room, modern kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer), recently updated bathroom and south facing garden with a garage mainly used for storage.

House is situated in a very clean quiet estate, no through traffic at all and there is on road parking available. It's an approx 10 minute walk to City Centre and 10-15 minutes to Earlsdon. Coventry train station approx 1 mile from the house. The main bus route is on Allesley Old Road to the City and Warwick University, literally 5 min walk.
