I have a large nice, clean double room for single occupancy to let to a responsible, reliable student or working person. 15 mins by bus to City Centre, Warwick and Coventry University. Shared amenities with wireless broadband. Street parking, Use of garden and patio area at rear of property. There are three of us living in the house and looking for a fourth person. We are all pretty easy going and are looking for someone who is the same.
