There's an office to use for an additional rental figure if working from home.
I am a live in landlady, however I do travel quite frequently so there will be times throughout the year that I'll be away.
I'm looking for 1 lodger at the moment but will be renting out a further bedroom in the near future when it has been freshly decorated and furnished. The bathroom will be for sole use until another lodger arrives.
I'm looking for responsible and respectful lodgers who are happy to get along together and feel comfortable living in my home.
The house is in Cheslyn Hay, Walsall and is near to Landywood train station (less than 10 min walk), trains run to Birmingham New Street, Birmingham International, Walsall, Cannock, Hednesford & Rugeley. Buses run to Walsall, Wolverhampton & Cannock.
