Double room in a 3 bed semi detached house in Cheslyn Hay,
(Large village just outside Cannock).

An easy 5-6 minute walk to the bus stop & train station ( Landywood Station ).
This gets you into Walsall in 15minutes & Birmingham City Centre in 30 minutes... or going the other way, 15 minutes to Rugeley.

Also the house is only a 5 minute drive to the M6, which gets you into Birmingham City Centre in
30 minutes.
Or Wolverhampton in 18-20 minutes, straight up the Cannock rd.

It’s a large village, so the house also has the advantages of local pubs & shops & hairdressers etc etc all just a 5-6 minute Walk away...
( I know!.. convenient eh.. )

I'm a working professional Mom-Fri
Out the house by 5am... so bathroom/house to yourself every morning.

Just looking for ideally a working Female professional who's easy going & sociable, like me.

I've been told I have to give a reason as to why I've specified Female only and that's simply because in my years of experience growing up living in shared accommodation with men, it mainly was a nightmare.
Messy, noisy and sometimes aggressive when asked to clean up after themselves or to kindly keep the noise down.
Whereas every woman I shared a house with ( and when traveling round the World ) were cleaner and far more sociable and understanding.
I grew up with two sisters and simply get on far better with women. Absolutely Nothing whatever underhanded about it.. just a fact and simply my personal experience.

I’ve lived with 5 previous female lodgers before, with varying ages from 22 to 60.
Happy for long or short term stays, that’s kinda irrelevant for me, and everyone’s circumstances are different, as long as you’re easy going and social, we’ll get along, simple as that :)
