Lovely single room in quiet area

I have a single room to let from March in my house in Clayhanger - near Brownhills and Walsall Wood. Good bus links into Walsall, Cannock and surrounding areas. Quiet residential area with two working professionals. I have two well behaved and well trained dogs. I am looking to share with someone that could be considered a friend as well as a house mate. I work hard during the week and have quiet nights in but like to enjoy my weekends going out, visiting friends or going for dinner.
