This is a 3 bedroom semi detached house bathroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. We are 200 yards from the train station and 500 yards from the village. There are fields and fields of beautiful countryside also at the bottom of the road. so the position of the property is perfect. The trains run on the northern route to Wales and south route to Birmingham / London, so its a great location for commuters. I have a quiet friendly home that is a none smoking home which I share with my little French bull dog who is extremely well behaved. There is a great local pub which is the old ticket office at the train station that sells guest beers, food, and great local stories and banter. We have a coop which is our major store in the village, as well as hairdressers Medicine cafe and 3 other pubs. Codsall is beautiful village and the people are friendly and welcoming. There are many places to go and see as we sit in the middle of 3 different counties. West Midlands, Staffordshire and Shropshire so the world is you oyster.
