I have a double room available in a three bed detached house in Codsall, which is a 10 minute walk to Bilbrook Train station allowing you to get to Birmingham New Street within 20 minutes as well as Shrewsbury/Telford.
There is also a bus stop outside the house taking you into Wolverhampton.

There is also a hairdressers and a mini shop within walking distance.

There are 2 of us who live here age 30 and 33 both professional working full time

The double room, which will come with a bed/TV, drawer stand and a rail to hang clothes on.

There is a drive which will accommodates three car so a space for one more car as well as a large backgarden to relax in.

The house has 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.

I do have a pet dog called Molly who is 3 years old so you would need to be dog friendly.

If you are looking to rent a room Monday to Friday i can look into a reduced cost.
I will also consider renting to a couple however the cost would be £475 per month to cover increase in bills.
