Our house is at the foot of the Lickey Hills and has the open green areas of Cofton Park to the front. Cofton Hackett is midway between Barnt Green Village and Longbridge town.

The bedroom(s) available are very spacious (approx 200sq foot). They are well furnished with a double or king-size size bed and have plenty of wardrobes, storage, and desk space.

It is a spacious family home, decorated with modern, classic themes, Laura Ashley etc.

Communal areas include a large kitchen/breakfast/sitting room, which opens with double doors to a wooden Victorian conservatory. The kitchen area has fitted electric oven, microwave, steam oven, hob, extractor, waste disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and two fridge freezers. There is a spacious lounge and a large bathroom upstairs.

There is unlimited WIFI. Bills are currently excluded from the rent total and will be shared (divided equally between the sharers).

Outside there is plenty of parking, large mature gardens to enjoy with patio, lawns and a stream.

This is a quiet, traditional family. There won't be any wild parties here but if you want a homely environment with some peace and quiet you can certainly find it here. It is a home from home. My husband and I are finance professionals.

There is a 50% supplement for a couple sharing a room.

Females are preferred, as existing housemates are female.
