Hi, i am moving in my home which is currently being renovated. It will be brand new once it is ready, includiny the kitchen and bathroom.

The house is near stirchley highstreet and a 10 minute walk to the local train station and bus routes around the corner. Great for somebody who needs to get to uni of or Birmingham city.

I am looking for a PHD/masters student who would want to rent my spare room in a chilled and relaxed household. Street parking available.

I am a working professional who will be living in the house.

My interests are hikes, travelling, cooking, gym and yoga. Looking for a housemate with a chilled vibe who likes a noce chat over coffee and respects the shared space.
