Newly renovated double room for rent!

Hi there

My house is newly renovated, with completely new kitchen, bathroom, furniture and decore, including carpets and furnishings. I am looking for a respectful and clean professional to rent the spare double room- please no working from home.

The house is a great area with stirchley on your door step and train and bus services within walking distance (bournville station is a 10 minute walk/bus about 2) for transport to city centre.

There are lots around the area to do, including walks down the river rhea and canals, parks, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

I am working professional who will be living in the house. The 3rd room is currently empty, however will look into renting this out soon.

There is a big garden and street parking.

My interests are hiking, travelling, cooking, gym and yoga. Looking for a housemate with a chilled vibe who likes a nice chat over coffee and respects the shared space and cleans up after themselves.

Some bills are included including council tax and TV liscence, so amendities such as WIFI, water, gas and electric will be split between us at the end of each month.

Max 6 months with possible extention depending on dates.

No pets or couples.
