Newly renovated double room for rent!

Hi there

My house is newly renovated, with completely new kitchen, bathroom, furniture and decore, including carpets. I am looking for a respectful, and clean housemate to share the space- mature students/professionals.

The house is a great area with stirchley on your door step and train and bus services within reach (bournville station is a 10 minute walk/bus about 2) for transport to city centre or university.

There are lots around the area to do, including walks down the river rhea and canals, parks, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

I am working professional who will be living in the house. The 3rd room is currently empty, however will look into renting this out by the end of the year.

There is a big garden too.

My interests are hiking, travelling, cooking, gym and yoga and the occassional drink and trip to the pubs. Looking for a housemate with a chilled vibe who likes a nice chat over coffee and respects the shared space.

Some bills are included including council tax and TV liscence, so amendities such as WIFI, water, gas and electric will be split in the house. Please contact me for further information or any questions.
