The room is extremely clean and tidy, is double-glazed and centrally-heated. It is very quiet and overlooks the rear garden. It has a double bed, double wardrobe, computer/tv desk, drawers etc. Unlimited broadband included. TV/DVD also provided if requited.

The house has a modern bathroom with bath/shower, and large extended kitchen/breakfast room with double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc.

The sitting room has an open fireplace and there is a separate dining room which is ideal if you want somewhere quiet to work away from the bedroom.
The house has cetral heating an new double glazing.

Marriott Road is a very quiet road with plenty of parking. There is a small park about 100 metres away from the house and Morrisons supermarket and the Holyhead pub are 3 mins walk away.

Security deposit required (amount negotiable) and rent payable monthly in advance.
