Spacious and quiet double room available in 3-bed house close to Holyhead pub, Alvis Retail Park and local shops and amenities. Very close to main bus routes and only 10-15 mins walk from city centre.

The room is extremely clean and tidy, and has just been freshly painted with new curtaints. It is very quiet and overlooks the rear garden. It has a comfortable double bed, double wardrobe, computer/tv desk, drawers etc. Unlimited broadband included. TV/DVD also provided if required.

The house has a modern bathroom with bath/shower. The large extended kitchen has a sunny breakfast bar, new double oven, microwave, air fryer, American style fridge/freezer, new washing machine etc. The 3rd bedroom has a large clothes airer, and there's a washing line in the garden, so no need to dry clothes in your room.

There are two reception rooms - a sitting/dining room and a separate sitting room, both with Smart TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime etc.

The house has central heating and new double glazing.

Marriott Road is a very quiet road with plenty of on-street parking. There is a pleasant small park about 100 metres away from the house and Alvis Retail Park (with Morrisons and Aldi, B&Q, McDonalds etc) and the Holyhead pub are 3 minutes walk.

Security deposit required (amount negotiable) and rent payable monthly in advance.

I work 3 or 4 days a week, starting at 7.30am, so I tend to be in bed early. I am usually away for at least one night at weekends. Although I enjoy an active social life I rarely have guests, so the house is generally very peaceful and quiet.
