The landlord lives downstairs with a dog. The dog is friendly to people and other dogs but unfortunately cannot live with cats and small furry animals.

The property is 1 mile away from Tile Hill station and 2 miles away from Warwick Uni. Plenty of bus services to Coventry city center.

Although overnight guest is OK on occasion, this room is not suitable for couples to let, sorry.
