The spacious studio is fully furnished including a 3/4 bed, TV, kitchenette and pod bathroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped with crockery, utensils, pans etc. The housekeeping team visit once a fortnight to clean the kitchen and bathroom, change the bedding and towels and vacuum and dust the rest of the room.
Also no need to take the bins out, just leave them outside the door on tuesday and friday mornings and it's done by the housekeeping team.

The building has fast wifi through out and also has a small gym, parking available, two common rooms with tvs, sky tv, games consols and reclining chairs, two bookable meeting rooms, plus 24 hr security onsite. It is in the centre of Coventry, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. It is also a 5/10 minute walk from Coventry university and a 5 minute walk from Pool meadow bus station, which has 2 buses that go to the University of Warwick.

EPC Energy rating not included due to inability to gain that information from the company, however all bills are included
