The house is conveniently situated in the quiet residential area of Cheylesmore on The Mount and is a large end terrace with a well maintained garden.,
It is very popular with JLR working professionals or anyone who wants easy access to main motorway links. It is also close to and within walking distance to the town centre, Coventry train station. Asda, and Cheylesmore shopping parade. Public transport is very regular and the bus stop is a few doors away.
I tend to have long term tenants who become friends. One first floor double room with ensuite will be available from 1st September.. It is freshly decorated and will be ready for my next tenant.
Included in the rent is The Council Tax, high speed internet, gas, electric and water bills (fair usage policy applies) and TV license, The kitchen/diner/lounge area is clean, comfortable and has easy access to the garden.
