Large, Fully Furnished, Double Room Nr to Hospital

Hi,
I have a fully furnished, large, double room in my house, about a mile or so from Walsgrave hospital and Jct 2 of the M6. There is a large Asda and Tesco down the road and the Walsgrave Showcase cinema is not to far away.

It's a 3 bedroom semi-detached and there is only myself living there. I have a large front and back garden. There is a garage out the back if needed, but it is full of 'stuff!'. The parking is very safe at the front and it's normally very easy to find a spot. The house is about a mile from the hospital and is around the corner from a main bus route into town.

The house is fitted with broadband and wifi is set up, so anyone moving in is more than welcome to use this. I also have sky television installed in the main room downstairs.
