I am looking for a mature person to rent a medium size room in the house. One month deposit REQUIRED plus bills.
A mature clean and tidy person who is easy going. The house is within 10 min walking distance from Morrisons Binley.
The house is a 2 bed house and comes fully furnished.
There are bus stops to go to the city centre. As soon as you visit the house I have the confidence you will like it.
The house comprises: kitchen, lounge, utility room( washer, dishwasher, fridge/ frizzer) one toilet and garden.
The room is 350/ month plus bills. Room available mid/ end September. Rent must be paid monthly.
