Its a 4 bedroom shared house and the rent includes Council Tax, water and unlimited high speed internet. Gas and Electric are paid for in advance on pre-payment meters which is shared by the housemates.

Furniture in the room includes a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a swivel chair.

The house has a shared kitchen and bathroom. There is also a dining area. Kitchen amenities include a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a private garden to the rear.

Rent is paid monthly in advance, and a months rent is required as a deposit. A copy of photo ID will also be required.

House would suit a clean and tidy student, no smokers or pets.
