The house is on a quiet road 20 minutes walk from the city centre and Coventry University, 5 minutes drive from the Jaguar offices at Whitley and University Hospital in Walsgrave. It is a 5 minute walk to Binley Rd where the main bus rounte runs and where there is a range of shops, a green grocers and a pub.

The whole house is newly decorated and newly carpeted and the bathroom suite is new also. There is cable TV in the front room as well as wireless internet. There is a TV aerial point in the double bedrooms if you wanted a TV in your room. There is also a quiet, tidy back garden to relax in.
