This house is in an ideal location for both Warwick university and Coventry University as it is about a 10 min drive/bus to both. The bus stop is literally just around the corner. It is a lovely quiet road and genuinely nice area to live.

The house has a massive drive way with ample space for parking. It has super fast broadband, central heating and all required kitchen appliances.
There is a communal lounge, with sofas and very spacious garden that will be great for BBQs in the summer!
