I have a single room in a lovely clean and tidy house in CV5 area which is very nice area and close to the city centre and also easy to get to the Amazon depot in Allesley, Coventry.

If you are a clean and tidy person that is wanting welcoming and respectable fellow tenants then this is the house for you. All our tenants are nice respectful people, this means a lot in house shares. The house is also in a nice area of Coventry

The house is a large house.
There is a very large shared kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and 2x large fridge freezers, oven and a gas hob.

There is a very nice shared communal area made up of dining area and lounge area with TV.

The lounge has seating for 5 people plus tv stand with tv supplied.
The dining area has a large dining table plus 4 chairs.

There is also the shared bathroom which has a good combi run shower, toilet and sink.

There is a garden and a garage that can be used to store items if required.
There is on street parking.

The house has wireless unlimited Fibre broadband.

The rooms suit respectful working person ideally or respectful post graduate student.

The house is double glazed and has a latest british gas boiler so you can be assured the house is warm.

Bed has a cushion foam mattress
A wardrobe
A small table
There is no room for anymore furniture

Rent has been reduced from £315 per month to £300 if someone can move in by 15/2/21
Deposit is £300

All BILLS ARE INCLUDED WHICH MAKES THIS VERY CHEAP

Yes all bills are included - gas, electric, water rates, tv licence, plusnet fibre broadband and COUNCIL TAX.

Beware of some adverts and landlords who do not include council tax which is the largest bill which you find out later is for you to pay.

Location : just couldn't be better. It is right on the bus route to the City Centre/Coventry university ( about 5 mins on the bus )10-15 mins walk.
Is a few minutes to Earlsdon and easy to get to the Amazon depot in Allesley, Coventry.

Also a bus stop for Warwick university is about 5 minutes walk away.

There is a Morrisons supermarket close by aswell and a local shopping parade minutes away.
Earlsdon with its various pubs, restaurants and take aways is 5-10 mins walk away.
