Double Room with en-suite to rent near university

There is a room to rent in CV1, a 10 minute walk from Coventry university. It is a double en-suite room, comes furnished with a Tv, there is a lot of wardrobe/storage space. The 4 girls are all lovely; studying psychology, media and marketing. They have interests in sports and theatre. The new tenant can be a student or a working professional.

I have already paid the deposit so you will be allowed to keep this at the end of the tenancy. You are able to move in September 2020. There is a half rent charge for July and august which I am willing to pay if we find someone soon. Students would be preferred. Female preferred but would consider male

Due to personal circumstances, I am unable to go back to university and move back to Coventry.
