1st Nov'22 in a family home.

Rent is £595 p. m. (All bills inclusive).
Deposit £450.

Couples are welcome, however £50 extra to cover the extra bills.
So for couples - Rent is £645 p. m. (All bills inclusive).

Following equipment will be provided inside this room :
Under counter fridge freezer.
Microwave with grill function.
Kettle and toaster.
Induction hob.
(So for any major cooking, for the cooker use only you would need to access the common kitchen, otherwise everything is inside the room itself :) ).

It is a newly renovated room and located in quiet residential area.

We are couple with 2 children (8 yrs & 3 years old).

This room is in the downstairs with own en-suite bathroom, we mostly live upstairs, so you would be much peaceful than other shared accommodations.
And you will be sharing the kitchen (if have to use cooker) with only one more person (my spouse).

Washing machine and dishwasher can be used - included in the rent.

ASDA store, Boots, dominos pizza, vegetable shop, off license shops and other local stores… all within 2 mins walking distance.

2 mins walk to the bus stop – Bus no. 21 for every 7 mins goes towards the city center.

15 mins walk to the city center.
15 mins walk to the train station.
10 mins walk to the Coventry university technology park.
