Hi, I'm Stephen, I have lived & worked in Coventry all my life, I work full time & Im an easy going, friendly chap who has a spare bedroom available to rent right now in the very popular Stoke Green neighbourhood with very handy access to Coventry City Centre, the University & Fargo.
The room is a decent sized double bedroom, which comes with a brand new double bed, mattress, sheets, pillows & duvet, plus a new storage unit, it has good headspace for the size of property, comes with a built-in closet and is South facing so gets good sunlight and I'd be absolutely fine if you wanted to personalize the room to your own taste.
The rest of the house consists of downstairs lounge, bathroom & kitchen with a washing machine & separate front room that can easily made available as a work space or chill out room, it also has a back garden.
The house itself is mid-terraced near to a local park for exercise & a good range of local shops, eateries, take aways and pubs.
The bills are all included in the monthly rental except council tax. Smokers are okay as long as they don't smoke in the house & I'd be ok with small pets.
