The rooms are light, airy and south-facing. They have been recently decorated, including new carpets and blackout curtains/blinds as well as privacy blinds and ample storage space.

The property is a 3-bedroom terraced house which is situated in a small, friendly cul de sac, in a quiet residential area of Coventry. It is 30mins walk from the city centre with excellent bus and cycle routes into town. Local shops are within 2 minutes' walk. Morrisons supermarket (and Alvis Retail Park) is a 10 minute walk/3 minute drive away . Lidl is 20 mins walk away.

Parking is available, on-street.

Friendly, quiet live-in landlord who works self-employed from home. This is an excellent accommodation, which would suit a professional or mature student who is positive, peaceful and easy-going.

The bathroom, kitchen and garden are shared with landlord. As well as your own private lounge room upstairs, there is also a larger shared lounge area which is available outside working hours (during working hours it is used as my work space).

The kitchen facilities include dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, washing machine and a good sized fridge freezer.

All bills are included, including Future Fibre WiFi and Council Tax. Bills are subject to a fair usage contract. If you are working from home, rent is £560 to cover extra energy usage. For full-time students, rent is reduced to £540pcm (£530pcm for students not studying at home during weekdays, due to less energy usage).
