Hi. My name is Su. I have a single room available in a well-presented furnished 2 bedroom apartment within 5 minutes walking distance from the City centre. Close to local amenities and a bus stop around the corner. Comprising of a shared lounge, fitted kitchen, and bathroom. Other features include double glazing throughout, integrated heating and installation, allocated parking, a garage and secure intercom entry system. £315 for rent (excluding bills). Please bare in mind that once I actually move in, the landlord will make adaptations to the property e. g. painting, new toilet and there will be flexibility to update the furniture and refresh decor. So it will be alot nicer than the pictures at present. 😊
