Rents start from £150/week inclusive of utility bills and Super Fast WiFi. Washing machine and dryer facilities are card operated and are not included in the rent. It costs £3 for a wash and £1.50 for a drying session.

The building also benefits from a private parking that you can use for an extra £100 per month.

Minimum contract is 4 weeks. Please note that a month's rent is NOT equal to 4 weeks. To calculate your monthly rent due, we'll multiply your weekly rent amount by 52 (number of weeks in a year) and divide the result by 12 (number of month in a year). So, for a room with a rent £150/week, the monthly rent will be £650, and not £600.

The full rent is payable as a lump sum. No monthly payment option. However, for tenancies of 6 months or more, a payment in 2 instalments is allowed.
