Cheap Room In A New House For A Good Person

We are very calm and tolerant people - graduates from Coventry University where I studied my MSc in Microelectronics Engineering.
The house is located in a very nice, newly built, residential area close to Coventry University and C&W University Hospital. There is a friendly and warm, family-like atmosphere at our home. Inside it is kept very clean by us, and we are looking for a good and clean person who will also maintain the cleanliness and tidiness. Parts of the house are still undergoing some decor works.

All costs (to be covered on the 1st day of every month):
- monthly rent
- bills (not included: tax, gas, electricity, water).

At the moment there are 2 of us:

1 Chinese girl

The room has got a bed, desk and a wardrobe / cabinet. If you need any other stuff I may be able to provide you with that as well. The bedroom door has got an individual key. I have quite a few bicycles including some spare ones so you can help yourself with one if you need. We sometimes also travel, BBQ or watch films together and you will be more than welcome to join up. We can also help with a 6-seater van, should you need such help.

The distance to the university is approx. 15 min (walk), 5min (bicycle). We have a few bus stops right next to our house as well as shops (huge Asda, CoOp, Lidl and Iceland), post office, pharmacy, pubs and bars and lots of other local amenities. The estate has got lots of parks, children playgrounds and green squares around including football, basketball, tennis, ping-pong courts and an open air gym.
