We have a lovely large room in friendly, clean and safe family house.

Includes all bills. broadband (fibre), washing machine. dyer etc all included.

It's located very close to the centre. It's a very easy walk to the train station, Cov University and shopping centre

The room is furnished with a desk, chairs, bed, carpeted floor (you will need you own bedding).

For female: professional, final year, foreign or mature student (must be not adverse to pets: dog and cat). House is very clean.

Environment is quiet but social. Access to a small snug room with sofa, TV, near to bedroom.
