There is one room available in the house that I am renting (I am not the owner). We are looking for someone who would like to sign a contract (1 year) and move in immediately. The house is 15 minutes away from Coventry University and 5 minutes from Gosford Street. £ 370 per month without the utilities . There are 2 more people living in the house. 3 rooms in total, 1 bathroom. Garden and parking space. With guarantor (UK citizen) you will pay only the deposit of £ 370, without guarantor you’ll have to pay the deposit + rent in advance for 3 months. Ask anything and let’s arrange for a viewing.
