A House You Can Call Home

This property is owned by myself (23) and my boyfriend (24), it is situated in a lovely quiet area with corner shops and takeaways around the corner along with some local pubs. There is a train station just 6 minutes away and bus stops going to Warwick university and the main Coventry town on the road.
The house is spacious with 2 living areas, a large kitchen diner, a garden bar, 2 toilets and 3 bedrooms all of which are a great size.
Both of the bedrooms are furnished but you are welcome to add your own touches of course.
All bills are included along with subscription services ie Netflix, prime and Disney+. We have a cleaner that comes bi-weekly but we keep the house clean at all times.
We are easy going, tidy people who love to have a laugh and go out socialising but are equally as happy with a night in with snacks and a film! Despite being live in landlords, we are very laid back and want you to feel like it’s your home so we don’t have strict rules! We have also been in shared accommodation before with live in landlords so know what it’s like to be on your side :)
1 room has already been taken by a kind hearted professional 25 year old male who has lived with us for a year already and we are delighted to now be able to call him one of our close friends.
We’d love to have a friendship with our roommates but understand some people prefer to keep themselves to themselves.
Unfortunately one of our lodgers (also with us a year) has had to relocate back home so her double room is available again (image attached).
