Happy to negotiate rent if away on weekends/holidays.
Property: good size kitchen, conservatory, 2x living rooms, dining table, 2x TV. Fast broadband, verisure security.

Ideally I would like mon-fri, student or professional, but i will consider 7 days stay. Females preferred but will consider males. Short term lets. night shift workers, as it is quiet in the day and I will be at work, also gives eachother social freedom.  English speaking. Vegetarian cooking only. All bills included.
Would suit students on placement as its close to the hospital.
