Twudio at Godiva Place for £140/£195 per week

For single occupancy it is £195 a week, however if double occupancy it is £140. This is a great deal, especially to couples who attend the university, but also to roommates due to the huge space this room has.
The twudio (studio for two) is fully furnished.
Kitchen: the kitchen comes with a number of cupboards for equipment and food, a fridge-freezer, micro-oven, toaster and a kettle. The induction hob is complimented by an extractor to ensure there is no lingering smell in the room produced by cooking. There is also a round table for meals to be ate at.
Bathroom: the bathroom has a shelf above the toilet for storage, a towel rail, a hook on the door for clothing, a glass shelf above the sink, and a medium sized shower that can just about fit two people. The shower tray is also grooved, helping make sure there is enough grip to not slip.
Bed areas: there is one bed situated next to the opening window, with privacy glass, whereas the other lays in the middle of the room. Both beds have ambient LED lighting, and the bed in the middle of the room is right next to one of the working desks. The room comes with its own mattress protectors as well, and there is storage underneath the beds. Next to the beds will be cupboards to store a large amount of clothes.
Desk area: the desk area features a large desk to fit multiple books on or a full Mid-ATX PC setup if you rely on computers and are worried about space. There are 4 outlets and two USB ports for fast charging, along with an ethernet port and more LED ambient lighting strips. There is a shelf above each desk as well to provide space for books to be stored. One desk will face the wall next to the middle bed, and the other will face the window outside.
General details: for the price this is truly a beautiful place to live for the following academic year. You are provided with an iron + ironing board, along with a full hoover set. The building is very modern so there will never be issues with maintenance, there is 24/7 guard service hired by the University so the area is very safe, the social area features a pool table, foosball table, table tennis, and vending machines to supply your social activities. There is also a cinema room, along with multiple study rooms if you'd like to study with friends.
