Single and double room

Hi,

We have a good size single and double room to rent immediately in a 4 bed 2 bathrooms house.
Rooms come available with king-size bed, wardrobe(s), desk, chair as a minimum.
The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with utilities for shared use and all sorts of electrical appliances including tumble dryer for these rainy days.
The property was decorated 6 moths ago and it is bright and clean with good size rear garden, free street parking in quiet and easy to commute area with only 10 minutes to Warwick Uni.
Canon Park Shopping Centre (Tesco, Aldi, Sports Direct, Etc.) is nearby and there is 24 hours gym not far away too.
Currently we are 1 Asian and 1 Easter European nationals in their 20’s-30’s, professionals, friendly and approachable.
The rooms are for single occupants, sorry no pets.
All bills plus internet included.
