There is currently a male student from China studying in the University of Warwick, and a non-student British Chinese lady living in the room (the lady doesn't come frequently)

Most of the people in the apartment are students, and the rest are basically people with stable jobs who are subletting. The environment is very safe, there is no need to worry about safety issues.
