I am a PhD student at the University of Warwick and I am looking for a new flatmate (my current one is graduating). This is a furnished two bed ground floor flat with close links to Coventry City Centre (5-10 min walk) and Coventry Train station (5-10 min walk). There are also several nearby bus routes which will take you to the university, Leamington Spa, Birmingham, etc. The flat also has a balcony. There is parking available as well as plenty of on road parking too within the cul-de-sac. The room is available from the 1st of July 2024 and the tenancy will run to the 17th of August 2025.
