Common facilities: the flat has a reception desk for courier collection, multiple access control for security, matching washer and dryer, games room, meeting room, study room and gym. There is a lift. Car parking available.
Location Advantage: Superb location in Coventry proper city centre. All of Coventry's city centre businesses are within a five minute walk: poundland, Coventry market, Marks and Spencer and boots are downstairs, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.
Traffic advantages: Coventry University buildings are basically within walking distance; there are many options for travelling to Warwick University, and there are several bus stops with different buses to the university, avoiding the trouble of not being able to get on the bus in the morning when classes are in rush hour. The bus terminal (where all buses and coaches depart) is only a 7 minute walk away. Coventry Rail Station is a 10-minute walk away, so it is very convenient for travelling and catching a flight.
Other things: official procedure for subletting; the flat is for students only; I have personally purchased a lot of necessities, so I can leave them with you if you need them, so that you can move in with a handbag.
