I'm the current tenant, and since I've already moved to another dormitory, I'd like to sublet this room(6 July 2024-31 August 2024, two months in total, the original price was £150 a week, now it only £90 a week). The apartment's name is City Village, located in the city center of Coventry. This is a student apartment, so only students are allowed to stay, and the apartment management will check student IDs. There is a bus stop nearby with direct buses to the University of Warwick.

Currently, there are 5 students living in different small rooms within this large apartment, and everyone gets along very well. Four of the students will be leaving in early July, which means you and one other roommate will then share the kitchen, giving you a lot of personal space.

The rent includes all bills and broadband, and there is a large communal kitchen. My room has its own bathroom and shower, as well as a wardrobe and a desk, making it ideal for students attending nearby universities. If you'd like to view the room, please feel free to contact me. Thank you.
