I have to go back to home in June, my campus dormitory ensuite is a super good room type sublet

Room Details:

- Super spacious room, the largest ensuite room in the lakeside village area
- Roommates are very nice, very easy to get along with, not party, room is very quiet
-- 🛏️ The bed is a double bed, which is the largest bed type in the school dormitory
- Dormitory with common study area (Figure 4)

Environmental Facilities:
-- The environment is excellent. The window is facing the garden 💐 (Picture 7) and next to it is the Swan Lake. You can see 🦢 swans every day
- 5 minutes' walk from wbs Warwick Business School, the closest dormitory to wbs
- 7 minutes walk from the school library and 10 minutes walk from wmg
- 4-minute walk from school Sports Center gym 🏋️

Price and sublease time:
- The official price for the 2023-2024 academic year is £185/week, which can be sublet from the school official, the price is reduced to 150/week if you want to rent for more than 1 and half months.
- The sublease period is from June 21 to September 7, 2024
